The Housing Trust was established in 1991 to meet the challenges of rapidly escalating home prices in Santa Fe. To date, The Housing Trust has built and sold over 500 well-built, energy efficient and environmentally sound homes. Other services include: homebuyer counseling, low-cost financing to qualified buyers, and rental subsidy for very low-income renters.
