Our Common House

The Common House is where we share meals, cultural events and make decisions about the governance and operation of our community. The structure meets all standards with passive solar orientation, in-floor radiant heat and energy/water efficient fixtures and appliances. Guest accommodations and a common laundry are also available. The building reflects universal design principles, making it safer and more responsive for all users. Whether you are dining on the south-facing terrace and enjoying the view of our community gardens and orchard, or warming your toes in front of the wood-burning fireplace, you will enjoy the very “heart” of our community.
