Our Homes

ElderGrace homes meet Green Community standards with passive solar orientation, in-floor radiant heat and energy/water efficient fixtures and appliances. Residents are expected to save approximately $500 annually on energy bills. The homes comply with universal design principles for enhanced usability and safety and are finished with low-VOC paints, sealants and adhesives to maximize indoor air quality. In addition to the amenities of a private home, residents have access to common open space, pathways, extensive native gardens, and a shared Common House.
