As members of ElderGrace, a conscious-aging community, we dedicate ourselves to lifelong personal growth, friendship, respect for the environment, and service to others. We strive to embody the following values:

Growing in Wisdom. We hold that there are diverse paths to personal growth and we respect this diversity. We hold that deepening our connections to the natural world and others is a significant part of conscious aging.

Community. We value living in a respectful, egalitarian community and are committed to using consensus to guide our decision-making. We intend to create a peaceful, aesthetically pleasing environment conducive to nurturing a sense of community and individual contentment.

Friendship. We value each other and the expression of mutual concern. We cherish and celebrate the diverse origins, joys, talents, beliefs, and life experiences of all our members.

Respect for the Environment. We recognize the importance of conserving the earth’s resources in order to promote a sustainable, healthy planet.

Service. We value service to the larger community and may participate both as individuals and as representatives of the ElderGrace Community.
